For a client, we are seeking a Machine Learning Engineer with a focus on Generative AI:

End Date: 30/06/2025

Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain a repository of reusable Generative AI components, ensuring adherence to MLOps standards.
• Collaborate with data scientists to identify new components, provide technical support, and promote best practices.
• Research and experiment with multi-agent systems and emerging frameworks to address real-world use cases.
• Develop proof-of-concept projects to validate innovative multi-agent AI applications.
• Design and create reusable components for data scientist integration.
• Implement machine learning best practices and ensure high-quality standards across the team.
• Collaborate with Cloud and DevSecOps engineers to deliver high-quality, scalable, and maintainable AI solutions.
• Stay current with the latest trends, models, and frameworks in AI technology.

Education:

• Master's degree in Artificial Intelligence, Computer Science, Engineering, Statistics, Mathematics, or a related quantitative field.
• A Ph.D. is a plus, particularly with research in Generative AI or agent-based systems.

Professional Experience:

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant work experience in a business environment.
• Proven experience with generative AI models and LLMs in real-world projects.
• Demonstrated ability to transition innovative solutions to production-ready components.

Technical Skills:

• Strong coding skills in Python and proficiency in software development best practices.
• Hands-on experience with MLOps best practices and experiment tracking with MLFlow.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure and Azure AI Services.
• Familiarity with LangChain and other Generative AI frameworks.
• Ability to experiment with new techniques and frameworks to solve real-world problems.
• Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation architectures and improvement techniques.

Nice to Have:

• Experience in developing reusable AI components or libraries, contributions to open-source AI projects.
• Experience with multi-agent systems and related frameworks.
• Familiarity with monitoring and evaluation tools for generative AI applications.

Languages:

• Fluent in English; proficiency in French and/or Dutch is preferable.
