Job Description:

We are currently looking for a skilled Process Engineer to join our team and play a crucial role in implementing mandatory changes. The successful candidate will be responsible for analyzing requirements, managing end-to-end process descriptions, and ensuring clear communication with all stakeholders.

Responsibilities:

• Analyze requirements and define impacts on process level.
• Manage end-to-end process description (AS IS and TO BE).
• Review and update existing process descriptions and model data.
• Develop process strategies and ensure process governance.
• Optimize process documentation and manage document control.
• Provide accurate reporting towards management.
• Maintain clear communication with all stakeholders, from front to back.

Qualifications:

- Master's degree or equivalent experience.

- Proven track record in Business Process & Change Management.

Experience:

- Strong technical writing skills and expertise with process modelling techniques and methods.

- Excellent experience with process modelling tools (Visio, Aris) and the creation of flow charts.
