For a client, we are seeking a Program Manager Business:

Responsibilities:

• Serve as the IT Tribe lead, collaborating with the Business tribe lead to deliver value.
• Own the IT Assets, including IT Services and IT Processes, for the tribe's products.
• Align the vision with the IT Strategy and manage the build and run of applications.
• Ensure IT Assets compliance with IT Architecture targets and manage the IT budget for change and RUN costs.
• Promote efficiency across tribes by facilitating interaction between IT Tribe leads.
• Manage the portfolio of initiatives, dependencies, and escalations.
• Directly manage IT resources and the Asset management process in accordance with rules.
• Support Governance, Risks, and Tooling principles and set performance indicators.
• Participate in the Tribe's life and ceremonies, promoting Agile Values and Principles.

Qualifications:

• Proven experience as a Program Manager or similar leadership role in IT.
• Strong understanding of IT processes, IT strategy, and portfolio management.
• Experience with risk anticipation and disruptive innovation.

Skills:

• Ability to anticipate business and strategic evolution.
• Inspirational leadership and commitment generation.
