For a client, we are seeking an experienced IAM Consultant to reinforce the access management of our workforce. This is a pivotal role that will contribute to the IAM solution rollout for our users and act as a bridge between various departments and IT operations.

Responsibilities:

• Translate access control requirements from departments into access roles.
• Coordinate with IT Operations for onboarding and offboarding processes.
• Collaborate with Tribes for the integration of the new access model into applications.
• Work with the remote IAM management team to submit role and asset definitions.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's or Bachelor's degree with relevant experience.
• Minimum of 3+ years of experience in Identity and Access Management.
• Hands-on experience in Identity and Access Management (RBAC model, onboarding/offboarding process).
• Experience in role modeling and role definition.
• Good understanding of authentication protocols & SSO.

Desired Skills:

• Experience with SailPoint IdentityIQ product is preferable.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluent in Dutch.
• Fluent in French or Dutch.
• Good command of English.

Soft Skills:

• Demonstrated autonomy and personal effectiveness.
• Strong verbal and listening communication skills.
• Ability to analyze situations and identify priorities.
