Contract Duration: 01/12/2024 - 30/11/2025 (12 months, full time)
Location: Brussels (Hybrid working arrangement)

Job Description:

Objectives of a Digital Coach 
  1. Ensure smooth communication about the digital workspace to the employees, keeping them informed of important developments via various available channels. 
  1. Increase the employee’s productivity by enabling them to work smoothly with the tools in the digital workspace. 
  1. Actively work on operational improvement: assist in identifying new use cases within the digital workplace, actively think about improving existing initiatives of the Digital Coaches, and suggest improvements for the efficient use of the digital workspace. 
  1. Handle functional questions to ease the IT Service Desk workload.
 Actual tasks of a Digital Coach 
  1. Organize a monthly webinar that explores 'hot topics' related to the digital workplace in an accessible manner. Examples include efficient password manager usage or effective browser tips and tricks. 
  1. Provide IT training. The Digital Coaches are responsible for trainings about the base applications of the digital workplace: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook... The Digital Coaches spend up to 2 days a week giving training. 
  1. Employees requiring assistance with utilizing Teams or any other tool within the digital workplace may schedule an appointment with a Digital Coach. While the Digital Coach does not offer technical support, they are available to help users work more efficiently with Microsoft 365 tools. 
  1. Share information about topics related to the digital workplace with employees using the intranet, the knowledge base in SharePoint, the internal forum, or other channels. 
  1. Innovation and enhancement are our commitments towards providing excellent service for the employees. The Digital Coaches achieve this by updating training materials, organizing campaigns and events, and enhancing monitoring processes, among other initiatives. 
Job-related skills 
A Digital Coach stands out with the following skills: 
  1. They have thorough knowledge and practical experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook) and the Microsoft 365 cloud applications (OneDrive, Microsoft Teams, SharePoint, etc.). The ideal Digital Coach is interested in the evolution of the digital workplace, particularly in the Microsoft 365 ecosystem, and can respond to recent developments. 
  1. They are a source of inspiration and motivation for the employees they engage with. 
  1. The Digital Coach is customer-oriented and collaborates with the organization's employees by striving to understand their needs and demonstrating empathy towards their inquiries. 
  1. They have experience in providing training, demonstrating the use of tools like Word or Outlook based on real-world use cases, and communicating this knowledge effectively through presentations. 
  1. They can successfully curate a selection of pertinent topics and procedures from the extensive range of possibilities available within the Microsoft ecosystem. 
  1. They can make innovative proposals to better serve the employees with the efficient use of the digital workplace. 
  1. They have experience collaborating in teams and handling project tasks within organizations. 
  1. They have good communication skills, both orally and in writing.  
Languages 
  1. Dutch or French is your mother tongue. 
  1. You have knowledge about the second country language French or Dutch.
