For a client, we are seeking a Supply Chain Governance Officer to join their dynamic team. This is a temporary position starting on 18/11/2024 and is expected to last for 6 months.

Supply Chain Governance Officer

Start Date: 18/11/2024
Duration: 6 months
Location: On-site presence is required at least 4 days a month. No travel required.

Responsibilities:

• Establish governance around Supply Chain activities, including sourcing and outsourcing.
• Drive actions to ensure compliance with relevant regulations.
• Develop and monitor operational procedures and controls to demonstrate compliance.
• Support the Outsourcing Committee in overseeing risks at the group level, particularly those related to outsourcing and critical service providers.
• Manage administrative and governance-related tasks for the Outsourcing Committee, including agenda management, material distribution, meeting hosting, and minute-taking.
• Analyze, implement, and embed new processes or amend existing ones in accordance with the Digital Operational Resilience Act (DORA) Regulation coming into force in January 2025.
• Provide support in other supply chain business areas as needed.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Proven background in Supply Chain management (legal background not applicable).
• Experience in governance, risk, and control within a Supply Chain context.
• Familiarity with sourcing, outsourcing, and compliance regulations.

Language Proficiency:

• Fluency in English is required.
