User Acceptance Tester for Digital Business Onboarding Customer Journey
For a client, we are seeking a User Acceptance Tester to join the Digital Business Onboarding project. The ideal candidate will ensure that software meets the end user’s needs and functions correctly in real-world scenarios.
Responsibilities:
- Understand business requirements to develop comprehensive UAT test plans.
- Write detailed test cases that cover all possible user scenarios.
- Execute tests, both manually and using automated testing tools.
- Log, track, and effectively communicate defects to the team.
- Create test reports that accurately reflect test results.
- Validate that the software fulfills all requirements and acceptance criteria.
- Collaborate with business analysts, developers, and project managers to clarify requirements, discuss findings, and resolve defects.
Required Qualifications and Experience:
- Extensive experience in user acceptance testing.
- Proven ability to develop UAT test plans, write test cases, and execute tests.
- Strong experience in logging and tracking defects, creating test reports, and validating software requirements.
Desired Skills and Certifications:
- Experience in digital customer journeys, customer onboarding or customer data is preferred.
Language Proficiency Requirements:
- Fluency in English is required.
