Initiative Owner - Chatbot Project

For a client, we are seeking an experienced Initiative Owner to lead a strategic Chatbot initiative within the 'Customer Servicing and Efficiency' domain. This role is pivotal in driving innovative solutions to enhance customer satisfaction through improved accessibility and efficient interactions.

Responsibilities:

  • Act as the customer/stakeholder proxy for the initiative's scope.
  • Manage the end-to-end lifecycle of the initiative, orchestrating and monitoring all related activities across various teams and constructs.
  • Collaborate closely with other initiative and tribe roles throughout the initiative's lifecycle.
  • Steer the initiative core team and related governance structures.
  • Define the strategy, market vision, and innovate to simplify the initiative.
  • Prioritize different Opus and consolidate estimates from contributors.
  • Oversee the initiative's positioning and monitoring in collaboration with impacted SCS, tribes, and COEs.
  • Define and measure objectives and KPIs, ensuring shared knowledge across constructs.
  • Manage risks, impediments, and the ideation and refinement of Opus with Product Owners.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

  • Master's degree or equivalent education.
  • At least 10 years of professional experience, with 5+ years in program and project management.
  • Experience in managing programs and projects with a focus on strategy, priorities, time, budget, and dependency constraints.
  • Proficiency in Agile methodologies and project management certifications (e.g., AGILE, Prince 2).

  • In-depth knowledge of business strategies, processes, products, and organizational culture.
  • Product management and organizational development change management techniques.
  • Ability to manage a portfolio with cross-tribe dependencies.
  • Strong stakeholder management, presentation, communication, alignment, and negotiation skills.
  • Autonomy, commitment, perseverance, flexibility, adaptability, and stress resistance.
  • Executive presence and strong leadership capabilities.

Language Proficiency:

  • Dutch: Native or fluent
  • French: Native or fluent
  • English: Sound knowledge

Work Location: On-site expectations are a minimum of 50% on-site and 50% remote work.
