For a client we are seeking a Functional Analyst with expertise in OpenText Exstream for a project starting on 02/12/24 and ending on 31/05/25, with the possibility of extension. This role includes remote work capabilities, with occasional on-site presence required as per service needs.

Functional Analyst - OpenText Exstream Consultant

Project Duration:

• Start Date: 02/12/24
• End Date: 31/05/25 (with potential for extension)

Location:

Henegouwen, occasional on-site presence required

Responsibilities:

• Convert specifications into technical guidelines for Exstream component development.
• Collaborate with international Exstream development teams, ensuring deliverables meet specifications.
• Act as the primary point of contact for development teams, facilitating communication and providing support.
• Assign templates and optimize element usage within Exstream.
• Configure and link data files to templates according to client expectations.
• Develop and execute test cases to verify document and component quality.
• Work with internal teams to clarify requirements and ensure alignment of deliverables.
• Adhere to internal processes for maintainable and high-performing components.

Qualifications:

• Proficient in OpenText Exstream modules such as Command Center, Communications Designer, PDF Export, and document creation management.
• Advanced expertise in Exstream, ideally up to version 16.6.7.
• In-depth knowledge of data mapping, template creation, and unit testing best practices.
• Experience in technical or functional analysis.
• Prior experience in managing technical projects or development teams is a plus.
• Ability to communicate complex information effectively in both written and verbal forms.
• Proactive and capable of managing multiple priorities efficiently.

Language Proficiency:

• French: Native or C2 level (CEFR)
• English: Good command or B2 level (CEFR)

Candidates must possess a driver’s license and a vehicle for commuting as the site is not easily accessible by public transport.
