For a client, we are seeking a Senior Project Manager Business with a strong background in change management and stakeholder management. This is a temporary position to cover maternity leave for a period of 6 months, with the possibility of extension.

End Date: 6-month contract with potential for extension

Location: Brussel

Responsibilities:

• Lead the project from initiation to completion, ensuring delivery within scope, time, and budget.
• Manage a multidisciplinary project team, fostering strong teamwork and clear communication.
• Collaborate actively with sponsors, steering committees, and various internal and external stakeholders.
• Implement project results into the business, ensuring alignment with strategic objectives.
• Navigate complex, rapidly changing environments with a focus on process optimization and digitalization.

Required Qualifications and Experience:

• Master's degree or equivalent professional experience.
• Minimum of 10 years of experience as a project manager in complex and dynamic settings.
• Demonstrated experience with prioritization in environments involving cross-departmental collaboration and diverse stakeholders.
• Proven track record of at least 5 years in change management, stakeholder management, and leading long-term projects.
