For a client, we are seeking a Business Analyst / Project Lead AI to join the LIFE Process & Organization department for a full-time, 6-month contract with the potential for extension. The role requires a minimum of 2 days on-site per week, with team days preferred on Thursdays.

Business Analyst / Project Lead AI

Contract Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension)
Location: Brussel (minimum 2 days on-site per week)

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with the AI Competence Center and business units to identify and explore AI initiatives.
• Develop solutions and create a roadmap for Proofs of Concept (POCs).
• Work closely with project leaders for clear and structured project delivery.
• Conduct thorough business analysis and provide detailed documentation.
• Take a hands-on approach in implementation and explanation of AI processes and tools.
• Lead and support AI-driven initiatives to enhance call center solutions, including transforming call data into text, implementing CO-Pilot, and working on a multichannel chatbot using GENAI.

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years of experience with a strong background in business analysis & AI.
• Proficiency in business analysis with a structured approach to documentation.
• Hands-on experience in testing and analyzing AI solutions.
• Experience with Microsoft tools (Co-pilot for PowerBI, Dynamics) is a strong asset.
• Familiarity with GENAI solutions and various AI tools; knowledge of Co-pilot & PowerBI integration is a plus.

Language Proficiency:

Native level proficiency in French or Dutch and strong English skills.
