For a client, we are seeking a Project Manager/Business Analyst with a focus on IT systems and process improvement.

This role involves the implementation of new features and the rollout of a key application.

Project Duration: Immediate start with a 6-month duration and potential for extension.
Location: Belgium (no travel required)

Responsibilities:

• Define and implement new processes.
• Analyze current processes and systems to identify areas for improvement.
• Translate business process needs into system requirements, with a focus on data and integrations.
• Oversee system development and follow-up.
• Plan and prepare for User Acceptance Testing (UAT).
• Develop and support the rollout of a daily audit and customer service dashboard.
• Coordinate with stakeholders, including suppliers, IT, and other business units.
• Provide feedback to IT for system corrections and enhancements.
• Manage system setups in collaboration with IT.
• Report progress and outcomes to management.

Qualifications and Experience:

• 3-5 years of relevant experience.
• Proven experience in analyzing business process needs and translating them into system requirements.
• Experience in conducting UATs, including preparation of check matrices and validation.
• Demonstrated project management skills within IT.
• Proficiency in handling large quantities of data and numbers using tools such as Excel, Access, VBA, Power BI, Power Automate, Python, or similar.
